Cute fun weekend outfit. Run some errands. Meet some girls for brunch. Go see a movie with the hubby. Easy, happy, heading-into-fall outfit. I've been looking for a polka-dot blouse for a few months and finally found this one for $14 by Merona at Target. Very happy with this purchase!
