outfit post: tie blouse, blazer, cream pant

Inspiration - Saks Fifth Avenue 

I typically only wear my suit jacket with my matching suit bottoms. The idea of copying this inspiration photo is to introduce more ways to incorporate a jacket that doesn't involve the matching bottom. I like how spring and slightly nautical the navy & cream feel together.
